Pressure adjustment method

1. Remove the valve cap.

2. Loosen the hexagonal nut.

3. Rotate the adjustment bolt to the right (if you want to increase the pressure), and rotate the adjustment bolt to the left (if you want to lower the pressure).

4. Fix the pressure regulator after tightening the hexagonal nut.

5. Tighten the valve cap. (At the same time, be careful not to damage the gasket in the case of spring NO.1L).

※ (a) In the case of 2VB, 2VBD, 2VD, 3VB,  spring NO.1L, the O-type sealing ring is not inserted, and the gasket (b) is only used in the case of 2VB, 2VBD, 2VD, 3VB,  spring NO.1L.

Type VB (internal overflow valve)

When transporting oil, as a safety valve for instantaneous pressure reduction, the use of directly connected oil pumps.

In such a circuit, if the valve is always used in a starting state or used for a long time when the Spitting oil is completely closed, it will lead to bubble generation. increased noise, oil temperature rise and other failures. If there is a similar situation, please use the external circuit method to solve it.

VD type (external overflow valve)

When using a pressure adjustment valve as a hydraulic pressure (or forced circulating oil supply).

Usage (valve + bottom plate) is used for pressure regulation during full oil pressure cycle for a long time.

Using the above methods, it can also be directly connected to the cycloid gear pump type 2HB.

※ When assembling 2VD, please be sure to install the plug plate on the suction side.
